In the first two decades of operation, HJR SOFTWARE used a lot of plural pronouns. However, this company has been operated by mostly 1 individual throughout the majority of its history, so in its latest online versions and printed paperwork, all pronouns referring to HJR SOFTWARE henceforth will be singular. As the operator, I have been serving customers for over 35 years. I continue to stay engaged and very busy forever working on something. I enjoy assisting people with their computer concerns and I’m very good at what I do. I am extremely grateful to the clients that choose HJR SOFTWARE for their computer sales and service needs. I am dedicated to being a reliable provider of reputable computer related products and services. If you live or work within my service area, I strive to respond as quickly as possible and get your situation working successfully.

If you are a client subscriber to any HJR SOFTWARE service, you have priority access and the right to contact me at any time 24/7/365. The plan that you subscribe to provides you with the right to call, text, or email me any time you have a question, concern, or issue of any kind. If I do not answer, I will return your communications, at my first available opportunity.

If you are not a current subscriber, then the best times to reach me is between 11 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. I am open 10 AM through 9 PM daily. However, after doing this for 3.5 decades, I am finding that early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are better spent on my health and personal endeavors. Additionally, and traditionally, attempts to reach me during the last week of May and the first 2 weeks of June every year may prove to be difficult and responses during those times may definitely be delayed.

Unfortunately, during recent years, telephone marketing has become an intrusive, objectionable, nightmare! Too many unscrupulous people with automated dialers and bad intentions have been bothering me and despite reasonable efforts, the situation is getting worse instead of better. I used to do everything that I could to answer incoming calls on the first or second ring with my best positive attitude expecting to greet a potentially new or familiar customer. It’s hard to do that now days when 4 out of every 5 incoming calls is an annoying, time wasting, automated dialer, or a stupid, insensitive, inconsiderate person who thinks I must need whatever it is they are selling, both of which have absolutely no legitimate reason whatsoever dialing my number.

My number is for people that want or need my assistance with a computer related issue that they are having, and they are ready and willing to pay for my assistance. It’s not useful to or for anyone else for any reason, except possibly for communicating with friends and family when attempts to reach me via another method failed. If you have some public office you are campaigning for or some political, religious, ideological crap, DO NOT DIAL MY NUMBER. I don’t care if you found Jesus descending from heaven straight into your living room, if you or he doesn’t have a computer issue that you are ready and willing to get resolved, DO NOT DIAL MY NUMBER! If your latest gadget selling for the unbelievable price of a few pennies on the dollar just became self-aware and anointed you King of all the Shit in Mazandaran province, Iran, DO NOT DIAL MY NUMBER!

Please READ with UNDERSTANDING and COOPERATION very carefully every word in this post. If you are not one of the humans identified by the categories of those who SHOULD contact me, then you are an entity who SHOULDN’T call me. Do not harvest my phone number. Do not dial my number. Do not share it. Skip over it and forget it. It is not for you. And I DO NOT WISH TO HEAR FROM YOU.

If I didn’t explicitly contact you and request that you call me back, then YOU nor YOUR AUTOMATED DIALER SHOULD BE DIALING MY NUMBER, EVER!

Keep in mind that I am here to serve and assist those that need assistance with their computers. My phone number is only to be used for that purpose. If you do not have a computer related issue, DO NOT CALL ME!

NEVER CALL ME TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING I NEVER EXPLICITLY CONTACTED YOU FIRST ABOUT. I categorically decline and disapprove of any merchant that I have done business with sharing my contact information with someone else, another company, or any of their affiliates who might try to contact me offering me anything out of the blue. NO ONE HAS MY PERMISSION to try to SELL ME ANYTHING until you hear me using words coming out of my mouth specifically asking you to call me about something I asked you about. I have been alive long enough to know EXACTLY where to get or buy ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I will ever need, which means, I don’t need anyone to tell me about anything they are trying to sell or get me interested in. I charge solicitors, advertisers, marketers, spammers, scammers, salespeople, or anyone dialing my number, texting me, or sending me an email for non-billable computer related issues $500 per incident. I AM ALWAYS BUSY DOING SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO ME! Every call is an interruption and disruption. I am happy to take a call and be of service to anyone in need of computer related services. You will be charged $500 for interrupting me with crap that I have no interest in and doesn’t require my computer services. I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING YOU ARE SELLING. If you approach me with something that you THINK I need to know about, I will blacklist you and NEVER take an interest in your product or service. You also subject yourself to being publicly exposed, commented on, ridiculed, blocked, and scandalized.

ONLY dial my number if you have a computer issue that you are ready for me to solve and you are prepared to pay whatever it costs to provide you with superb service to address your issues. If I am unable to answer your call, ONLY LEAVE A MESSAGE if you SERIOUSLY want me to fix your computer related issue. If you FAIL to leave a message, I will not return your call. If your message is CRAP and I identify the caller using means available to me, you will get a bill for $500 per incident. I reserve the right to accumulate such charges until they reach a sum that I feel will likely bankrupt you or your company if you persist in interrupting me, bothering me, harassing me, texting me, or filling up my voicemail box with your crap (incidentally, fines are doubled to $1000 per incident if you fill up my voicemail box and prevent another legitimate caller from being able to leave a message. If I speak to someone that tells me they were unable to leave a message because my mailbox was full, I will conclude that every caller that called since your call filled up my box was a billable client that needed my assistance, and you will be charged $1000 for every missed call that occurred regardless of who the caller was, even if it was you calling me multiple times without being able to leave a message.) 90% or more of callers dialing my number obtained that number from an internet search or an algorithm that used a bot to obtain my number. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU ONLY CALL ME IF YOU NEED COMPUTER SERVICE. It is MY phone number and MY RIGHT to Be UNKIND to anyone calling my number for anything other than computer service.

If you SHOULD call me, I look forward to receiving your call. If you SHOULDN’T call me, then DON’T, or you will definitely not enjoy the experience or the ramifications thereof.
