Pre-paid Technical Support for up to 1 hour of service.
Typically, this service is purchased when a non-subscription customer wants or needs Technical support. You may purchase 1 Hour upfront and call HJR SOFTWARE to schedule a time for the service. Optionally, contact HJR SOFTWARE first, and if it is determined that the best way to assist you is to provide you with technical support almost immediately or within the next 72 hours, then you may be instructed to purchase 1 hour of service upfront in order to initiate the service.
HJR SOFTWARE may use remote connecting HelpDesk software to help perform a technical support service. Subscribers may have our Remote Control Software installed and would not need this service as their subscription has ample support services included with it. Therefore, mostly NEW or non-subscription customers should purchase this pre-paid technical support service. If HJR SOFTWARE deems it necessary to remotely connect to your computer, your computer must be running Windows or iOS software well enough for you to receive an email and/or visit a website, download the HelpDesk software, install it, and run it. HJR SOFTWARE will provide you with the instructions and talk you through the process when it is determined that a HelpDesk remote connection is necessary to best assist you with addressing your computer related issue(s).
Note: This is a time-based service fee with a minimum applicable time of 1 minute up to 60 minutes that takes place during 1 session. Almost all sessions include a voice phone call and possibly a remote connection to your computer. The time starts during the phone call and may start prior to your purchase of this service. This service only covers up to 1 hour. In the event, this service was used during a session, and the session takes longer than 1-hour, HJR SOFTWARE will bill and collect the additional service charges from you at the end of the session.
THIS service is NON-REFUNDABLE! If you purchase this service, HJR SOFTWARE has up to 14 days to schedule and perform the service. In most cases, this service will be completed in 1 session. If more than 1 session is required to address your concern, HJR SOFTWARE will advise you during the first session as to whether or not portions of an additional session will be covered by the session you purchased.
There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS for this service. For instance, if you purchase this service and HJR SOFTWARE conducts a technical support session that last 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or any time frame less than exactly 60-minutes, there is NO REFUND for unused minutes.
Because this service is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, You Are STRONGLY ADVISED to make sure that you SPEAK with HJR SOFTWARE and get a scheduled delivery time for this service to take place prior to purchasing it. If you purchase this service without getting a scheduled time and HJR SOFTWARE doesn’t perform a Support Session for you within 14 days, you still will not receive a REFUND for your purchase. Since this service can only be purchased online via a credit or debit card, you are 100% responsible for this purchase. If you stop payment, cancel, or dispute this charge at any time for any reason, HJR SOFTWARE will DOUBLE the fee and present this page to your payment source stating that you agreed upfront to all the terms and conditions of this service, and only someone with knowledge of your payment method can purchase this service. So, there is no way to weasel out of paying for this service or its double amount penalty fee should you try to do so.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TERMS OF THIS SERVICE BEFORE PURCHASING IT. By paying for this service in advance, you agree that you bought the service fully aware that the service covers time for a support session that should start within 72 hours of purchase, but can start anytime from the date of purchase up to 14 days later. Additionally, it is your responsibility to get a time for your purchased service set by HJR SOFTWARE. You agree that if no service is performed within 14 days of your purchase, you forfeit 100% of your prepayment. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR PURCHASE IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CONDITION OR FOR ANY REASON, include unsuccessful resolution of any issue during the performance of this service. You agree, that if you request service from HJR SOFTWARE without being a current ePASS, ePASS+, rPASS, or bePASS subscriber, HJR SOFTWARE may require you to purchase this service to initiate any services to you, and if you choose not to purchase this service, HJR SOFTWARE may not assist you or provide any services to you.
There is no small text, hidden fees, or ambiguous references regarding the clarity of this service. Your purchase of it binds you to its terms as stated expressly and in its entirety. You are not obligated to purchase this service and HJR SOFTWARE is not obligated to perform this service if you fail to establish a scheduled time of delivery issued by HJR SOFTWARE. HJR SOFTWARE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or for none at all. Your purchase of this service is elective. However, new customers may not be able to receive consideration for service of any kind without purchasing this service.
