| The HJR SOFTWARE Consulting Service Retainer is a subscription-based service used to lessen the costs of long-term projects that may utilize a lot of hourly charges over long periods of time. Subscribers of this service receive Training services for up to two (2) people simultaneously at the normal rate for one (1) person, Onsite Services and Depot Service are billed at the same lower Onsite Service rate, and the Onsite Service rate receives a 10% discount. Additionally, the first hour of any other HJR SOFTWARE service is waved each month. This service only affects service fees billed after the subscription is activated. |
